New Delhi, July 19 -- Ahead of Parliament's Monsoon session, which commences on July 21, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Hema Malini hoped for no "interruption" from the Opposition, further stating that the smooth run of the Parliament would be beneficial for all.

Speaking to ANI, Malini said, "The Parliament is going to begin on the 21st July... We hope there is no interruption from the Opposition. It would be beneficial to all if the Parliament runs smoothly..."

Meanwhile, on July 18, as the Centre geared up for the month long session, a key meeting of senior BJP leaders was held at the residence of the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
