New Delhi, Nov. 13 -- Ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections result day, CPI(M-L) leader Dipankar Bhattacharya expressed concerns over the process, saying that "we are hoping that counting of votes is done in a proper manner."
Speaking to reporters, CPI(M-L) leader Bhattacharya said," We hope the counting of votes is done in a proper manner because the signs we are getting are not good. We hope the result reflects the public's votes. The result is clear - govt in Bihar is changing."
