New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- Shortly after Rekha Gupta took charge as the ninth Chief Minister of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister KP Maurya expressed hope that Delhi will march on the road of progress under the leadership of the newly appointed Chief Minister.

"I congratulate Rekha Gupta and her cabinet for taking oath today... I hope Delhi will move towards progress under her leadership. Today, we had lunch with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and we discussed things regarding winning Bihar (assembly elections)," he told ANI, referring to the meeting of the chief minister of the NDA-ruled states.
