Bhubaneswar, Aug. 18 -- Biju Janta Dal (BJD) leader Arun Sahoo said that former Odisha Chief Minister and BJD chief Naveen Patnaik was hospitalised due to dehydration, but his condition is now stable.

Sahoo added that a team of doctors is monitoring his health, and several leaders, including state ministers and the PCC President, have visited the hospital to check on him.

Speaking to ANI on Sunday, Arun Sahoo said, "...His condition is stable now and a panel of doctors is treating and taking care of him. He is quite well. Doctors are saying that it is due to dehydration."
