New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- Delhi University Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh expressed happiness over Rekha Gupta becoming the Chief Minister of Delhi. Rekha Gupta is an alumni of the University having served as Delhi University President as well.

In a video, Singh stated that it is a matter of pride and honour for the students that alumni of Daulat Ram College, Rekha Gupta has become the Chief Minister of Delhi.
