Bhadohi, Aug. 23 -- The father of Ram Kumar Bind, the man involved in the Parliament security breach, said that his son had been acting mentally incoherent for the last few days.

Speaking to ANI on Friday, Shiv Kumar, father of the accused, said, "He was acting mentally incoherent for the last 10-12 days. He worked as a saree salesman in Surat. We got to know this morning only that he is in Delhi."

The father said that he was unaware of his son's attempt to scale the perimeter wall of the Parliament complex with the intention to jump inside.

"He went to Delhi from Surat, and we were unaware of this. We have heard that he jumped (into the Parliament) in Delhi. We do not know what we will do now... We heard that he is in police custody i...
