Patna, Sept. 21 -- Reacting to Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi's criticism of Prime Minister Narendra Modi over US President Donald Trump's executive order imposing a $100,000 annual fee on H-1B visas, Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal on Sunday hit back, saying Gandhi has only succeeded in "destroying" the Congress party and will continue to do so as long as he leads it.

"Till date, he has only destroyed Congress. Until he is the leader of Congress, it will be destroyed. He has been instigating people... No voter in the country is with him, and he only defames himself and loses his dignity," he said.
