New Delhi, March 12 -- Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh on Wednesday targeted RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav over his remarks on Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and said that the latter has no knowledge and is speaking out of frustration.

Speaking to ANI, Lalan Singh emphasized that Nitish Kumar remained the Chief Minister despite changes in alliances and that only the coalition shifted, not the government.

"He (Tejashwi) has no knowledge. When Nitish Kumar was a part of NDA, he was the CM. It was only the alliance which changed, not the Government. It was Nitish Kumar's government earlier as well as later. He switched the alliance twice, and he publically said that he made a mistake by switching the alliance," he said.
