Chandigarh, Oct. 10 -- Haryana Additional Chief Secretary D Suresh Kumar on Friday called for a "fair and quick investigation" and the immediate arrest of the accused in connection with the death of senior IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, who was found dead at his Chandigarh residence under suspicious circumstances.

Speaking to reporters, Additional Chief Secretary D Suresh Kumar said, "We have requested for fair and quick investigation and immediate arrest of DGP Shatrujeet Kapoor and SP Rohtak..."
