New Delhi, Feb. 3 -- Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Tuesday reinvoked the unpublished memoir of former Army Chief General MM Naravane regarding border tensions with China, stating that he has authenticated the magazine article.
