New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Thursday hit back at Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's "dance" jibe at Prime Minister Modi, saying that Gandhi's comments reflected the "feudal arrogance" of his family and party.
