Chandigarh, May 3 -- During the 'Walk for Drug-Free Chandigarh' event, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini praised the efforts of the people of Haryana, Punjab, and Chandigarh in combating drug addiction, describing them as "commendable." He further stressed the need for greater interstate coordination, noting that drug traffickers often relocate to neighbouring states when enforcement intensifies in one area.
The event also saw the presence of Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, and Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria on stage.
