Port Louis, March 11 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid a visit to the Ayurveda garden at the State House in Mauritius on Tuesday which has been developed in collaboration with the Government of India. He visited the garden along with the President of Mauritius, Dharambeer Gokhool.

The details of the visit were shared by the Ministry of External Affairs in an official statement.

"Prime Minister also visited the Ayurveda Garden in the State House, established in collaboration with the Government of India. Prime Minister noted that Mauritius is an important partner for India in advancing the benefits of traditional medicine including Ayurveda", the MEA noted in its statement.
