New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- Union Minister Pralhad Joshi on Monday hit out at Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge over his remarks on farmers, and stated that while the Leader of the Oppostion in the Rajya Sabha compared himself with a very small farmer, it was habitual for the All India Congress Party to speak lightly and arrogantly with farmers.

Addressing reporters here, Joshi said "It is in the DNA of the Congress party; they speak very lightly and arrogantly with the farmers. Mallikarjun Kharge is comparing himself with a very small farmer... Mallikarjun Kharge says that his 40 acres of land have been lost, but he has got at least a few hundred acres of land...
