New Delhi, Oct. 26 -- Union Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, hailed the 'Gyan Bharatam Mission' as a significant stride in India's ongoing cultural renaissance, stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally envisioned and named the initiative.

Addressing the reporters in the national capital on Saturday, Shekhawat emphasised that the initiative, initially conceptualised by the Ministry of Culture, has now evolved into a nationwide social movement.
