New Delhi, July 26 -- As the first week of the monsoon session of Parliament witnessed logjam, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said that opposition's only concern is whether government will discuss the issue of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) being carried out in Bihar or it will try to "evade its responsibilities".
"Our only concern was whether the central government would discuss SIR within the House. The government is providing various technical reasons, including one that if the discussions on the Election Commission and electoral process are held within the House, then who will answer?
