Chandigarh, June 6 -- Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar said that the "government of the day is handicapped" as it can't register a first information report and said that the three-decades-old judicial order provides a "virtually impregnable cover".
The Vice-President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, today said, "The Government of the day is handicapped. It can't register an FIR. Because there is a judicial order. And that judicial order is more than three decades old. It provides virtually impregnable cover.
