New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Saturday praised the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying it instilled a "new consciousness" in fulfilling the vision of a "Developed India 2047."
