Motihari, Oct. 31 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday addressed a massive public rally in support of BJP candidate Sachindra Prasad Singh in the Kalyanpur Assembly constituency as part of the Bihar Assembly elections.

This marked Chief Minister Dhami's second visit to Bihar. Earlier, he had addressed two public gatherings and participated in a roadshow.

At the beginning of his address, Chief Minister Dhami paid his respects to the sacred land of Bihar, saying, "I bow before this holy land of Lord Gautam Buddha and Emperor Ashoka, and to East Champaran, the revered abode of Goddess Sita."

He added that just as Uttarakhand is known as the land of spirituality, Bihar is celebrated as the land of culture and pride...
