Chennai, Nov. 28 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Friday said that the state government is fully prepared to deal with the impact of Cyclone Ditwah, adding that district collectors have been instructed to remain on 'alert' to deal with the situation.
"We are fully prepared to face the cyclone. IMD has given a warning for heavy rain in Delta districts and southern areas on November 29-30. I have held a meeting with the Collectors of those districts and instructed them to be on alert. Relief camps will be set up in the areas to be affected by the cyclone," the Chief Minister said.
CM Stalin reviewed the impact of the North East Monsoon through a video conference with District Collectors.
