Hyderabad, Oct. 15 -- BRS Working President KT Rama Rao on Wednesday termed the Jubilee Hills Assembly seat bypoll, scheduled for November 11, a contest between "ten years of development and two years of anarchic rule."

KTR suggested that a loss in the Jubilee Hills bypolls will serve as a wake-up call for Congress to fulfil its promises.

"The election taking place in Jubilee Hills is not an election between parties, nor is it between two individuals. This election is taking place between ten years of development and governance and two years of anarchic rule," he said.
