New Delhi, March 12 -- Amid discussions on the three-language policy under the National Education Policy (NEP), Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MP Sasmit Patra emphasized the need for dialogue and consultation between the Centre and states to address concerns.

"Education is a very sensitive issue; instead of talking about it and rabble-rousing, best is to have a consultation and dialogue between Education Ministry and those states which have issues...political representatives of those states and central govt need to come together, find common ground...," he said.
