Golaghat, Sept. 14 -- Launching a scathing attack on Congress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday stressed that the BJP government's mantra is "Nagrik Devo Bhava", where people should not face any inconvenience, while during Congress' rule, the citizens were made to "suffer" and were "insulted".

Addressing a gathering in Assam's Golaghat, the Prime Minister slammed the previous Congress-led Assam governments, alleging that the citizens were insulted because they were to appease a "particular class".
