Chennai, July 16 -- Tamil Nadu Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson A N S Prasad on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) government over what he termed as a collapse in the state's healthcare system, demanding accountability from Chief Minister M K Stalin and Health Minister M A Subramanian.
In a press statement, Prasad questioned whether the state's health administration had "descended into chaos," citing shortages of basic facilities in primary health centres, district hospitals, and even the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in Chennai.
