Chennai, April 12 -- AIADMK National Spokesperson Kovai Sathyan on Saturday criticised the DMK for dynasty politics and corruption, asserting that the alliance is backed by a common minimum programme for Tamil Nadu's welfare.
Speaking to the ANI in Chennai, Sathyan said, "This is the start of a grand alliance which is going to form the government in 2026 under the leadership of AIADMK, Edappadi K. Palaniswami."
He criticised the ruling DMK, alleging that the party had begun questioning the alliance due to fear of electoral defeat. "Having sensed the defeat, they (DMK) started to question the basis of this alliance," he said.
