Bengaluru, March 3 -- Political circles in Karnataka are abuzz after veteran Congress leader and former CM Veerappa Moily praised Deputy CM DK Shivakumar's leadership and asserting that he is destined to become the next CM.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) which has been claiming that a change in Congress leadership is imminent jumped into the issue with leader Dheeraj Muniraj said DK Shivakumar was playing a 'political game'.
Further, he stated that he did not want the people of the state to suffer and their interest should not suffer.
Speaking to ANI, Muniraj said "This is a political game that DK Shivakumar is playing... In all of this, we don't want the people of Karnataka to suffer. The state will run whether someone stays or not,...
