New Delhi, Feb. 15 -- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla took a dip at Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj in the Maha Kumbh along with his family members and said the religious event was a symbol of India's spirituality.
He wished for the well-being of the country's citizens.
"This Maha Kumbh of religion, spirituality and culture is divine. There is divine energy here. We pray to Maa Ganga that her blessings remain on all of us," Om Birla told ANI.
Interacting with devotees at Sangam Ghat, Om Birla emphasized the significance of Maha Kumbh and described it as a symbol of national unity.
He said Maha Kumbh represents harmony and unity and conveys the message of social unity.
