Hyderabad, March 19 -- Union Minister of State and BJP leader Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday reacted to the Telangana Budget and said that after review, it has turned out to be a disappointment.

Bandi Sanjay said that there is no correlation between the previous budget allocations and actual expenditures.

"Despite this, increasing budget allocations and using them as a tool to deceive the people of Telangana is shameful.
