New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- Former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP and Constitution Club of India secretary candidate Sanjeev Kumar Baliyan on Tuesday said that the results of the Club elections do not matter as long as the "dignity" of the Constitution Club is upheld.

Baliyan, contesting alongside BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy, recalled that the club was established to encourage discussions above party politics. He further noted that the results of the elections do not matter and the Constitution Club's purpose will be fulfilled now.

"Whatever the results, the dignity of this constitutional club remains intact; it is a platform for MPs and former MPs. It was formed to have discussions by rising above party lines. Good discussions take place here....
