New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera spoke to ANI about the party's stance in the Delhi Assembly elections, stating that Congress is prepared to form a government.

"My priorities are different because I am a political person. But what I can sense in Delhi is that people want to pay tribute to Sheila Dikshit, not just in New Delhi area but across Delhi.
