Guwahati, May 28 -- After having levelled fresh allegations against Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi on Wednesday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma continued his jab at the opposition leader, describing him as a "deep-rooted Pakistani agent."
The Assam Chief Minister claimed that Gogoi had only revealed 10 per cent about his visit to Pakistan and that he and his wife are deeply involved in anti-India activities.
Refuting the Congress MP's clarification on his visit to Pakistan, Sarma said that his visit to the neighbouring country had nothing to do with his wife's professional assignment and was an independent visit approved by the Interior Department of Pakistan.
