Jaipur, April 28 -- Congress President Malikarjun Kharge on Monday, while addressing the 'Samvidhan Bachao' rally in Jaipur, hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not attending the all-party meeting called after the Pahalgam attack and stated that everyone should unite for the country.
"On behalf of Congress, Rahul Gandhi visited Jammu and Kashmir and talked to the people who were injured in the Pahalgam attack. However, Modi neither attended the all-party meeting nor visited Kashmir. I want to tell them that the country comes first and everyone should unite for the country," he said.
Hitting out at the BJP, the Congress President said that a small tea seller could become the PM only because of BR Ambedkar's Constitution.
