Dehradun, April 30 -- Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Wednesday accused the BJP-led central government of weakening constitutional institutions. He made the statement during a 'Save Constitution' rally held in Dehradun.

Speaking to ANI, Pilot said the opposition has a responsibility to raise questions on this issue.

"In the last few years, we have seen questions being raised about constitutional institutions. The constitutional bodies that used to be impartial are now being undermined in various ways. As the Opposition, it is our duty to launch a nationwide campaign on this issue. Today, we organised an event in Dehradun," Sachin Pilot said.
