Bikaner, Sept. 21 -- Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal on Sunday launched a scathing attack on the Congress leadership, saying that they have decided to oppose every good work being done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Meghwal stated that Congress is criticising PM Modi without any reason and insulting the position of Prime Minister.
