Raipur, Feb. 27 -- Chhattisgarh Finance Minister OP Choudhary on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on Congress and called its politics "misleading".

GDP growth of Chhattisgarh is below the national average, said the minister.

Per capita income in Chhattisgarh is 1.47 lakh and the growth rate is less as compared to the national average which is a matter of serious concern, he said.

The state government led by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has a vision to develop Chhattisgarh as Viksit Chhattisgarh in 2047 (on the line of Viksit Bharat), he said.

He also recalled the contribution of Ram Chandra Singhdeo, the first finance minister of Chhattisgarh.
