Lucknow, June 7 -- Uttar Pradesh Minister Danish Azad Ansari on Saturday accused the Congress party of reverting to its "old strategy" of misleading the public and creating confusion amid political uproar following Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's recent allegation of rigging in the Maharashtra Assembly election held last year, and further claims of this being repeated in Bihar Assembly polls due later this year.
Speaking to ANI, Asanri stated that Gandhi's comments came after their campaigns in Bihar faced a cold response from the public, noting their declining relevance there.
He, responding to Gandhi's recent allegation, asserted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, the public has shown trust in the BJP.
