New Delhi, Nov. 20 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday extended his congratulations to Nitish Kumar who was sworn in again as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record 10th time, expressing confidence that the newly formed NDA government will drive the state's development agenda forward.

He also extended his wishes to BJP leaders Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha for taking oath as Bihar Deputy Chief Ministers.
