Pahalgam, April 26 -- Jammu and Kashmir Congress president Tariq Hamid Karra condemned the Pahalgam terror attack, saying he denounced it not just as a political leader, but also as a Kashmiri and a Muslim, and praised the courage shown by local residents in rejecting the perpetrators' agenda.

"In the first instance, I would like to condemn it in the strongest words, not only as the President of J&K Congress, but also as a Kashmiri and as a Muslim.
