Lucknow, Aug. 14 -- Uttar Pradesh Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh on Thursday said that a "comprehensive discussion" is underway in the state's assembly to outline a strategic plan for the state's growth.

A 24-hour discussion on the 'Vision Document 2047' began on Wednesday in the Uttar Pradesh assembly, with the state government reaffirming its goal of making Uttar Pradesh the most developed state in the country by 2047, targeting zero poverty, world-class infrastructure, and advanced technology.
