Patna, Sept. 1 -- Months ahead of the forthcoming Bihar assembly elections, Jharkhand Minister Irfan Ansari on Monday exuded confidence, stating that there are clear signs of change in Bihar and the public has made up its mind.

As today marks the conclusion day of the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra', Ansari stated that Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi's arrival in Bihar has ignited a ray of hope among the people of the state.

"There are clear signs of change in Bihar. The public has made up its mind. How much oppression can the people endure? Now, a stable government is needed here. With Rahul Gandhi's arrival, hope has been ignited among the people here..." the Jharkhand Minister told ANI.
