Patna, Dec. 27 -- A day after Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the two-day Anti-Terrorism Conference-2025 in New Delhi, Janata Dal (United) leader Neeraj Kumar on Saturday noted that India is a "victim of terrorist activities" and said that a "clear message" has been sent to the world through Operation Sindoor and Operation Mahadev.
