Tianjin, Aug. 31 -- Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a successful bilateral meeting in Tianjin, China on the sidelines of SCO Summit according to Wu Lei, Chief Editor at China-based outlet CGTN.
