Amaravathi, Aug. 24 -- Former Minister and YSRCP Guntur District President Ambati Rambabu on Sunday lambasted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, saying the Chief Minister is scared as he "failed to implement his poll promises" and all sections of "people have felt cheated".

Speaking to mediapersons here, former Minister Rambabu said, "The speech of Chandrababu at Peddapuram is an indication of his insecurity, and YSRCP will have an upper hand should elections be held now. Chandrababu is resorting to character assassination of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as he is convinced that TDP cannot come to power again, and data too is convincing, as the vote share of YSRCP is better than that of TDP while in Opposition."
