Dehradun, March 15 -- Congress leader Harish Rawat on Saturday said that the central government should look into concerns regarding the proposed delimitation of parliamentary constituencies and also consult other political parties.

The former Uttarakhand Chief Minister said that a solution to this should be found in Parliament.

"States are expressing their concerns... A solution should be found in Parliament about this... The central government should look into the matter and also consult other political parties on this matter... we should not take such steps that send the message that political representation will be reduced," Rawat said.
