Chennai, Jan. 9 -- Reacting to the controversy related to actor Vijay's film 'Jana Nayagan', BJP leader Karate Thiagarajan said that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) is an independent and autonomous body functioning strictly within the rules.
