New Delhi, May 16 -- Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijendra Gupta welcomed the distinguished Ethiopian delegation to the Delhi Vidhan Sabha as part of the 'Capacity Building Programme' organised by the 'National Centre for Good Governance', and said that they had come to study Prime Minister Narendra Modi's model of "good governance."

Speaking to ANI on Thursday, the Delhi Speaker said that 43 delegates from Ethiopia have come here, including Speakers of their 16 states.
