Lucknow, March 24 -- After the BJP government completed its eight years in Uttar Pradesh, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Monday exuded confidence that the party will repeat the same performance in the 2027 Assembly elections as it did in 2017.
Speaking to ANI, Maurya also claimed that by 2047, the Samajwadi Party, Congress, and Bahujan Samaj Party would have no future in the state.
"BJP came to power in the state in 2017, and in 2025, we completed 8 years (of governance). The transformation and joy that has come into the lives of 25 crore people of the state, the development that has taken place, and the opportunity to head towards the welfare of the poor are unmatched. I am very confident that we will repeat 2017 in 2027...
