New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- The Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) MP N.K. Premachandran on Wednesday criticised the government for introducing the Constitution (One Hundred and Thirtieth Amendment) Bill, 2025 in haste, calling it "bulldozing of legislation" and alleging that the draft was not circulated among members.

So, our specific question to the Government is, what is the emergency, the urgency or the undue haste in bringing such a Constitutional Amendment Bill?. This is changing the basic structure of the Constitution. It is the bulldozing of the legislation."
