Bengaluru, March 17 -- Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge on Monday attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party for criticising the state budget and said that whenever the BJP is losing ground and popularity, they bring out the "Muslim angle" to sustain their livelihood.
