Jammu, April 24 -- After the Centre decided to suspend the Indus Water Treaty following the terror attack in Pahalgam, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kavinder Gupta said that bloodshed and water cannot go together.

"We are getting immense support from our global allies, and Pakistan has been absolutely exposed... Bloodshed and water cannot go together that is why the 1960 Indus Water Treaty has been revoked. Pakistan will be taught a lesson... We do not need to threaten Pakistan anymore, we need to finish it, and this is the first step towards that," Gupta told ANI on Wednesday in Jammu.
